On the women’s side, Russia’s Lidiya Grigoryeva won her first Bank of America Chicago Marathon title in 2:27:17.

His win was decided early, perhaps by the first mile as he tromped his pedal to the medal with a forty second lead at the mile. He coasted through the last 5K in about 16:30, winning in 46:58.
