ATLANTA — Registration for the 2018 AJC Peachtree Road Race through March 22 through an online lottery at AJC.com/peachtree. All lottery entrants will receive an email by Sunday, March 25 informing them on whether or not they were selected.

NEW ORLEANS — Jace and Megan Gohres were the overall winners of the Al Briede Gold Cup 5K on March 10 at Audubon Park. Jace, 33, was the overall winner in 17:39 while Megan, 31, was top female in 19:25.

Youth winners (15-under) were Kaleb Schulman, 13, top male in 22:03, and Fiona Collins, 15, top female in 23:21.

LOUISVILLE, KY — The second "leg" of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running, presented by Planet Fitness, is the 38th running of the Rodes City Run 10K and it happens on Saturday, March 24th at 8:00 AM.

NEWBERRY, SC — Timothy Gibson, 25, was the overall winner of the Newberry Half Marathon on March 10 in a time of 1:22:29. Second was Adam Fisher, 27, of Columbia in 1:28:35. Third went to Jeff Fretwell, 34, of Lexington, in 1:31:18.

FORT EUSTIS, VA — John Pigott, 52, of Williamsburg won the 20th Annual Fort Eustis 10K on March 10, finishing in 36:14. Jordan Frekine, 27, of Newport News, was second in 37:16 and fellow Newport News runner Ryan Doupe, 32, was third in 38:11.

LANDOVER, MD -- The USATF Masters Track & Field Indoor Championship returns to the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, Maryland, March 16th to 18th. This year's 1,219 participants, an all-time record for any Masters Indoor Championship, are competing in 2,887 individual events. USATF Masters Track & Field is the premier organization for masters track & field events in the US.

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Lajos Farkas of Conway won the 10K at the Little Rock Marathon weekend in 36:06. Mike Moran of Madison, MS, was second in 37:57, and Alexandre Diniz of Sao Paulo, Brazil third in 38:47.

Top female was Jessica Jones of Dauphin Island, AL, in 42:19, followed by Sara Steimel of Bono in 42:55, and Alyssa Frisby of Lonoke in 43:45.

Six New South Carolina Running Records have been set, USATF state long-distance records keeper Bill Marable announced.

One new record set at the North Myrtle Beach Winter 15K on January 20, 2018:

16-17 female, 1:07:22, Wilson Jenerette 16, North Myrtle Beach.

One new record set at the Charlie Post Classic 15K at Sullivan’s Island on January 27, 2018:
