galloway3.jpgLAKELAND, FL – SparkleSkirts, an American-made athletic apparel company, recently donated $1,860 to The Donna Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps those diagnosed with breast cancer, through sales of its Jeff Galloway logo skirts. Galloway, an Olympian and inventor of the Galloway Run Walk Run training method, works closely with the Foundation and its marathon fundraiser, the 26.2 with DONNA. He joined forces with SparkleSkirts to create running skirts themed to match his blue and green logo. The JG Watermark running skirt, along with three others in the collection, include built-in, wicking undershorts that are guaranteed not to ride up, along with two 5x5” side pockets and a 12” zippered waistband that can be worn front or back.

“We are honored to work with Jeff and Donna,” said SparkleSkirts Founder Leah Powell. “Giving back is core to who we are and our company’s mission. Thanks to Jeff’s donated logo and our ongoing partnerships, we are able to help those battling breast cancer while providing an American-made product that helps runners feel comfortable and confident.”

SparkleSkirts is also creating a Donna-inspired skirt collection for the 26.2 with DONNA in Jacksonville, Florida on February 12. For information or to purchase a SparkleSkirt, visit
