Jeff Galloway Race Weekend 2015 Picks Up the Pace Early

After the success of the Inaugural Jeff Galloway Race Weekend 2014, participants and sponsors look forward to the 2015 event. In its second year, the Dec. 11-13 weekend event shows strong booking trends well in advance. Coming back to his hometown of Atlanta, Jeff Galloway and his Race Weekend are taking big strides early.

Since registration opened in December 2014, there have already been over 1,000 participants signed up for the 2015 Race Weekend. "With such a turnout, it’s easy to see that Jeff Galloway is giving his hometown and his fan base of runners and walkers from all over the USA and the world just what they want,” a spokesperson said.

On top of the high participant volume, the Jeff Galloway Race Weekend 2015 is already seeing a variety of sponsors come on board. Core Power, Timex, Gwinnett Medical, BeeCause Charms, Suja Juice, Bantam + Biddy, Café Intermezzo and Sparkle Skirts have already confirmed their partnership for the year 2015. Several hotels such as the Westin Peachtree Plaza, Regency Suites, ALOFT Downtown and the Four Seasons Atlanta are partnering with the Jeff Galloway Race Weekend 2015 to accommodate runners and visitors. With sponsors providing financial support for the race and benefitting race-selected non-profits, but also giving out race goodies to all the participants, there is even more incentive for runners and walkers to keep signing up.

Sydney Van Ravenswaay, spokesperson for Core Power Drinks, was pleased to be included in the second year. He said, “The 2014 Jeff Galloway race weekend was a great way for Core Power to engage with and create impressions on hundreds of people. Our milk-based protein shakes are the perfect fit for the race and we look forward to being each racer’s recovery in 2015!”

Jeff Galloway himself was thrilled to see the promising start to 2015. “This turnout is already beyond incredible. I’m so pleased to see that so many people loved this event in its first year, and it means a lot to me to see so many members of the “Galloway Family” and the new members that will be joining to be with me in my hometown. I can’t wait to see the final results of 2015.”
