Race Director Javier Sanchez noted: “"It was another perfect day for a race in Sarasota and some really fast PRs for many of today’s participants that came from more than 40 states and Canada. We’re also very proud of our two U.S. soldier Shadow Runner teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia who ran their own First Watch Sarasota Half Marathon at the corresponding time zone – a total of 71 runners. We greatly appreciate all the community and sponsor support and look forward to continuing to grow this event into one of the nation’s top half marathons and relays.”
