Our recipe!
Jambalaya, Gumbo, Shrimp, Oysters, Crawfish, Crabs, Alligator Sauce Piquant!

NOTC 2-gw007.jpgMix all that in with an annual long, hot, sweltering summer. Then add in the occasional hurricane. (Editor’s note: On Dec. 10-11, the Florida Striders will have a 100-runner relay, each running a 5K, in an attempt to break the world record. They have to beat 40 hours, an average of 24 minutes for each 5K. Last year, they broke the world record for the 100x10K in a time of 77 hours, 17 FloridaStriders2.jpgminutes, 25 seconds.)

The 100 runners for the 100x5K World Record Attempt have been selected -- and what a group of runners it is.
