For the second year in a row, the Sarasota Music Half Marathon did not disappoint. The inaugural last year was so impressive, I found myself taking advantage of the absurdly cheap price on the day of the race to register for the next one, a full year away. I would normally not do such a thing, but for the $40 or so that it cost, and I figured it was worth the gamble, even if I didn’t run it and ended up donating the fee to the cause.
